Felicia's fiery eyes and mischievous smile peek out from under her sun hat as she reaches out for you, asking you to dance. Take her hand and spin her around, watching her movement as torch-bent steel snakes out from the colorfully textured concrete of her skirt in all directions, creating ruffled peaks and valleys accentuated with blazing red and orange mosaic glass. Everything about Felicia radiates joy, from her whirling dance and flowing dress to her wild, floppy hat kept at bay by her free hand and her feet kicked up joyfully behind her. Felicia is a fiery girl who will dance her way straight into your heart.

The name Felicia derives from the Latin adjective felix, meaning "happy", which in the plural form felicia means "happy things" and appears in the phrase tempora felicia - "happy times".

Felicia is built on a spinning pulley that was originally used with some kind of machine belt. She's built with pieces of history from the age of reliable, American-made machinery.
